Shipping Policy – Elite4TCG

We offer two types of shipping: Live Rip Orders (opened on our livestream) and Sealed Product Orders (shipped unopened). Please review the guidelines for each before ordering.

1. Live Rip Orders (Opened on Stream)

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your cards from livestream openings:

• Shipping Label Required – A shipping label must be purchased for your order to be shipped.

• Choose the Correct Shipping Option:

  • Ship With Bulk – Receive all cards from your order, including bulk commons/uncommons.

  • Ship Without Bulk – Receive only your “hits” (no bulk).

  • Combine Shipping for Additional Unshipped Order – Select this if you’ve already purchased a shipping label for the current shipping window.

• Shipping Windows:

  • Monday–Wednesday Orders – Ship together at the end of this window.

  • Thursday–Sunday Orders – Ship together at the end of this window.

  • These windows may vary. Please confirm during the stream if you’re unsure.

• Label Purchase Deadline – If you do not purchase a shipping label in the same week your order was placed, your order will be canceled with no refund.

• Shipping labels and live-rip shipping options are available only within the United States.

2. Sealed Product Orders (Unopened Items)

For all sealed product purchases:

• Shipping Label Required – You must purchase a Ship Sealed Product shipping label for your order to ship. If no label is purchased:

  • Your order will not ship.

  • After 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% restocking/processing fee.

• Orders ship the next available business day after both payment and label purchase are received.

• Mixed Orders – If your order contains both sealed product and live rip items, your entire order will ship on the next scheduled live rip shipping day.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally, to third-party shipping services, or to freight forwarders.
Orders placed using any of these address types are ineligible for fulfillment under our store policy.

Such orders will be canceled automatically and refunded minus a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.

4. Automated Purchasing (Botting) Policy

Automated purchasing tools (“bots”) are strictly prohibited.

Orders determined to be placed using automation, scripts, or other methods that violate fair purchasing practices are ineligible for fulfillment.

Such orders will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.

5. Agreement

By placing an order with Elite4TCG, you agree to this Shipping Policy in full.

6. Policy Updates

Elite4TCG reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
